Chopped garlic cloves – 3
Chopped shallots – 100 grams
Curry leaves
Tomato – 2
Sambar powder – 1 teaspoon
Chilli powder – ¼ teaspoon
Coriander powder – ¼ teaspoon
Turmeric powder
