Garam masala – ½ teaspoon

Arai Keerai (Approx. 300 grams)
Cooked toor dal – 75 grams
Oil – 1 tbl spoon
Mustard – ½ teaspoon
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Asafoetida
Dry chilli – 2
Chopped garlic cloves – 3
Chopped shallots – 100 grams
Curry leaves
Tomato – 2
Sambar powder – 1 teaspoon
Chilli powder – ¼ teaspoon
Coriander powder – ¼ teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Salt
Coriander leaves
