Dry chilli – 3
Curry leaves
Tomato – 1
Bottle gourd (Surakkai) – 500 grams
Salt
Coconut – 3 tbl spoon
Green chilli – 1
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Pepper – ½ teaspoon
Coriander leaves

Gobi Fry (Ingredients)

Maida – ½ cup
Corn flour – ¼ cup
Ginger garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
Chilli powder – 1 ½ teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Pepper – ½ teaspoon
Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Kasuri methi – ½ teaspoon
Soya sauce – 1 teaspoon
Red chilli sauce – 1 tbl spoon
Tomato ketchup – 1 tbl spoon
Salt
Cauliflower – 1 (soaked in hot water for 5 mins)
Oil
