Following our current banquet, I wanted to share a better look at the unbelievable spirit of Georgian cooking.
Georgian food is a true celebration of fresh herbs and vibrant flavours. It's been absolutely amazing to see how they take simple, wild active ingredients and turn them into such vibrant, wholesome meals. From the high mountains right down to the kitchen area table, every dish narrates of heritage and heart.
I have actually felt so influenced by the method they utilize greens and spices – it's a completely different method of thinking about 'fast food.' This journey has actually been a massive emphasize for me, and I'm so excited for you to see the magic behind these dishes!
