    1. @KitZune You obviously haven’t had a hard to peel egg. Lmao, when you start to peel it and it’s come off in chucks of egg white. I swear it’s maddening. Well worth the 90 minutes especially when your cooking them in mass quantities. Eggs, egg salad, and deviled eggs are low/zero carb wonders, if your using the right mayo atleast.

    2. @Monkey D Luffy I mean… replying to this from 4 YEARS AGO… to say: Yeah.. obviously I’ve learned some tricks on how to peel eggs because I have encountered MANY hard-to-peel eggs. Farm-fresh eggs are also harder to peel than ones that have been from a grocery store. The longer you can leave the eggs before they rot, the easier they will be to peel when you hard boil them. In the end, I wasn’t saying not to do anything in the video. If it saves you time, it saves you time. I was only offering advice on how to peel eggs from someone who has peeled a LOT of eggs. Leave the egg peeling to Sanji, oh pirate king-to-be. ; )

    3. @Jennifer Young I boil mine for exactly 12 minutes regardless of the amount of eggs. Comes out perfect every time. Once the water is boiling the temperature is exactly the same regardless of how many eggs are in the pot, so no need to add more time for each egg. That makes no sense.

  9. I have been cooking my eggs this way since I was 15. I am now almost 70. Recently I tried an alternate method . Bring the water to a boil first and then gently add the eggs. Turn off heat and cover and let stand for 5 to 15 minutes. Try it. I think you will find it to be a superior method. Happy trails!!
