Gingelly oil – 3 tbl spoon
Vendakkai (bhindi) – 150 grams
Mustard – ½ teaspoon
Fenugreek – ¼ teaspoon
Shallots – 15 to 20
Garlic cloves – 10
Curry leaves
Tomato – 1
Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Sambar powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Salt
Tamarind juice of small lemon size
Coconut – 4 tbl spoon
Pepper – ½ teaspoon
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon

Oil – 1 tbl spoon
Mustard – ½ teaspoon
Urad dal – ½ teaspoon
Onion – 1
Garlic cloves – 3
Curry leaves
Dry chilli – 2
Asafoetida
1 hour soaked moong dal – ½ cup (100 grams)
Oil – 1 teaspoon
Chana dal – ½ tbl spoon
Coriander seeds – ¼ teaspoon
Pepper – ¼ teaspoon
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Green chilli – 3
Coconut – 3 tbl spoon
Chow chow – 350 grams
Tomato – 1
Turmeric powder
Salt
Coriander leaves
