1 hour soaked moong dal – ½ cup (100 grams)
Oil – 1 teaspoon
Chana dal – ½ tbl spoon
Coriander seeds – ¼ teaspoon
Pepper – ¼ teaspoon
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Green chilli – 3
Coconut – 3 tbl spoon
Chow chow – 350 grams
Tomato – 1
Turmeric powder
