Love this short video.
Nothing like a smoked meatloaf . I love cooking that .
Good job Malcolm !😋
That’s how I did mind , but added stove top stuffing. It was the best. Very Yummy.
Try adding a big layer of feta cheese and some greek style seasoning (mostly cumin and some cinnamon) for a different but also great experience. Just half the ground meat after mixing, form a lower half of the meatloaf, cover it with broken up feta then make a lid from the other half of the meat and close the sides up by smudging the lid meat with the bottom meat. AP seasoning should also work great with this recipe. Maybe the glazing might need a different touch for this recipe. Lemon juice, oregano and olive oil mixed always go well with greek quisine.
Just in time Malcom, I need a meatloaf recipe for the holiday season
When ol boy shares a recipe, it’s worth trying; one of my go tos on youtube.
We cook the exact same meatloaf (the way mom taught me) however I prefer 1 part pork to 2 parts beef.
Looks good.Going to try this.
If Big M cooks it, you KNOW it’s going to be good!

Thank you for sharing 🙏 can’t wait to try this
I like to add dehydrated peppers onions and mushrooms, as the meat juices out, the dehydrated stuff sucks those juices up so they stay in the loaf.
