  1. The salves (cooks, restaurant team) are the only ones to wear a mask. The superior clients don’t need to wear a mask.

  2. This is a very nice series, although, this episode felt like a boss night out, the chef himself was in second plain ALL the time. As always, a owner will get the center of atentions, especially with his friends the “directors of operation” who work for him… When you, producing guys, have a chance to make another episode of this series, go for the people who do the work. In this one you only got the chef who was completely dulled by the others. As someone who works in the industry, linecook and sometimes chef, seeing the guys who do NOTHING of the hard work, just tells me that this episode is a propaganda payed by the guy who owns the restaurant, and the onwer guy was afraid to show the real people that work for him… Clearly, the boss picked all the places, and the way he speaks, such a snob… To be honest this was the worst episode of all this series. Please do better.

PS: and in the end what a weird flex to put all those other chefs to cook… I miss when the chef is drunk and tries to fake it at least…

  3. I couldn’t have that many mixed drinks, I don’t think. The food all looks amazing tho. Mouth watering.

  4. I don’t think I’d get along with the owner Simon, if we met or hung out together through mutual friends lol…

  5. I like how this was an exploration of Chinese, Korean, and Japanese cuisine, all within the American context

  6. I remember watching the previous video of their restaurant, my GF and I both agreed that they were putting on a show. The relationship between the head chef, sous chef and the owner was a front. Their body language says it all.

  7. Re-do this episode with actual kitchen staff, not the suits!

Head chef is chill he can be in part 2

  8. Finally, back to the old Chef’s Night Out series. That last one when the guy took his family out was boring. I love when the staff/chefs get drunk and rowdy the show is more fun.
