    2. @Its kxrda no need to be so aggressive, and also the way you reacted and didn’t tell him what u thought and just became aggressive it doesn’t seem like u can cook yourself

  2. As someone from Louisiana this is how a lot of people boil crawfish. It’s very delicious and spicy. Too bad crawfish season passed. 😔

    1. Would you eat the potatoes and such with it? I’m vegetarian and wouldn’t eat seafood before I became vegetarian so am just curious

    2. You can’t taste the shrimp no more with so much seasonings…just use fresh stuff

  3. Oh my gosh this brings back so many memories of crawfish boils when I lived in Louisiana

  4. Everybody has their own recipe. If I was walking down the street and smelled this I would definitely be intrigued

  5. His seasoning literally looks like what Indian aunties and mom’s would put to their cooking. They taste freaking amazing 😭
Y’all getting butt hurt over in the comments. I never said they use all the ingredients. I was only referring to the amount of spices. As I said, I’m not Indian so I wouldn’t know what they use exactly

    1. It’s because when you do a bowl you make like 5 servings for an entire block party

    2. @Cade Stockman Let me speak in behalf of @S B (I’m an Indian).
Fresh onions, garlic and ginger are always readily available in every corner of India. The aroma and flavour of freshly used *veggies* are way different than the powdered ones. As powdered ones are made from dehydrated veggies, the flavour is quite different and is not suitable for Indian cuisine. But it’s great for Asian or American cuisines.
Whereas the reason Indians buy red chilli, cumin, turmeric & coriander powder is because those are made of dried and dehydrated *spices* as opposed to fresh veggies. Many make it at home, but most prefer store bought.

    3. Tell me you’ve never cooked Indian food without telling me you’ve never cooked Indian food

    1. @Throw Way That’s like saying a piece of toast with jam is the same as a pizza because they’re both bread with stuff on top without another piece of bread on top to turn it into a sandwich.

It doesn’t work that way. Composition matters.

    2. @csl110 I think the comments were deleted because I can’t see them anymore

    1. @Nessa V facts you’ll be right in the hospital after this meal. People be wondering why they get sleepy after eating it’s all that damn salt that raises that blood pressure up. I’m learning myself from eating salty/ vinegar chips to much. Shi gave me a migraine.

    2. @Ace • 100 yrs ago Now I want to ask you, serious question and I’m seeking a response. Can you provide me with statistical data showing me how many white people use seasoning vs non-whites?

I’m just going to skip to the point where you cannot find that data anywhere right and I need you to question why you believe what you believe is an absolute fact with no evidence on a planet of 8 billion people.

      🤔

    3. @Loandi Paret these flavors boil into the food, the acidity and starch balance out the salt. Once you actually fish out the food from the boil the seasoning isn’t plastered on it.

    4. @Wandi Ong MALAYSIA: Very spicy noodles? Add chilli sauce! Now it’s more spicy (basically my whole family)

  7. I use fresh onion, garlic, oranges, lemons etc to avoid all the additives in the juice and seasonings and tbh personally I think it comes out better that way!

    1. 170526 gives it a balancing sweetness soo it’s not just firey spice and salt
its like adding salt to sweet recipes

      to my knowledge at least

    2. Citric acid, it’s essential for many seafood dishes think of how when u order crab or lobster it comes with lemon slices. It balances the fishy flavor nicely.
