Today I'm commemorating tasty spring chard as a filling to produce springtime in a dish! With a similar flavour to spinach, the earthy chard contrasts beautifully with the sweet lightness of the tomato base and the velvety ooze of the cheesy topping. Absolutely give this one a go, you will not regret it!
