On Via Tribunali, we sign up with Gino Sorbillo, a third-generation pizzaiolo and possibly the most well-known pizza chef on the planet, and prepare and prepare the classics before meeting Teresa Iorio. The 19th of 20 children, all pizzaiolo! Davide and Paolo make her signature pizza fritta and enjoy a substantial spread of regional specialities.
At A Figlia d'' o Marenaro, we join Assunta Pacifico, 'The Queen of Neapolitan Food', for her signature Zuppa di Cozze: mussels in an abundant broth and O' Brodo e' Purpo, a tasty octopus broth. It's a buzzing dining establishment enjoyed by residents (you'll need to queue) that's been a fixture of Neopolitan life for nearly 70 years.
