  1. Great video! Dani, I love your simple & healthy techniques. Can you make a dish with Lemongrass? I have no idea how to use it.

  2. hey Dani I do the same so my steamed veggies, whenever I can’t decide what to have for dinner I grill up a steak and steam some veggies .. I season mine with a glug of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt, sometimes a little bit of grinded fennel seeds.
    lovely video, thanks for posting

  3. this is GREAT! and since i want to lose weight im sure this will help…thank you!

  5. You just saved my life… Cheap, quick, easy and it looks so good + the easy idea for toppings (to make it something new)…. yes yes yes!!!! Thank You!!! You are the best… Going to store now to try and find a steamer add on…

  6. Dani, this such a great meal! One of your best! I have made it for myself and my son multiple times. He likes it a lot. I use the oriental style that you suggest, and its great. I use carrots instead of your sugar snaps, and it makes it really colorful. I slice them up thinly and put them in a couple of minutes before the chicken to give them a chance to cook more. Man-o-man!

Thanks for this recipe. It is a keeper!

  7. So simple and effective.  Thank you so much for sharing the video.  I am going steaming soon.

  8. Thanks for this! I work at night and it’s a struggle for me to prepare a healthy food specially when I am in a hurry. This one is for keep.

  9. I have one of the electric steamer units, and I usually put two of the chicken breasts in the bottom tray for around 17-20 minutes. Does cutting it up reduce the cooking time that drastically, or is there just a big difference in using the pot & steamer instead of an electric plug-in steamer?
Also, the steamer comes with two separate trays, do you think I could just put the broccoli in the upper tray for the last 5 minutes or so?

I’m a terrible cook and I’m just unsure how big a difference it is using a pot and steamer like your video, versus one of the plug in steamer units like I have. Thanks for your time.

  10. This is such an awesome video!!! I tried this dish and it was a hit with my folks! Thank you Dani!!!
