The One-Armed Chef is a travel and food show like no other, fronted by a host like no other. Giles Duley is a professional photographer, humanitarian and chef, and he indulges all of those enthusiasms in this documentary series. In it, he satisfies or reunites with individuals worldwide who have endured extraordinary battles or experiences, and occasionally he just meets individuals making incredible food.

The Incredible Foods & People Of Remote Scotland | One Armed Chef
Scotland is one of, if the not most beautiful place I have ever visited in my life. If you ever get the opportunity to visit, the farther up you go, the more that you will fall in love.
I’m Just a young mexican that smokes weed on my YouTube channel.. tryna make it out the hood, this lifestyle not cool. 😨😨
What should I do if I wanna go by myself?
@Zubayr Hafiz wear a hazmat suit lol
@Zubayr Hafiz defo go fort William it’s beautiful
@RCM Yep, I lived between Lochcarron/Torridon for a year… down by Loch Damph (worst place in all of the west highlands for midgies) for a 20 round bet we couldn’t last more than a minute out in shorts and a t-shirt. You could literally see the clouds of them coming for you.
Absolutely fantastic episode!
I came to just quickly browse through this video … and 1 hour later, I’m very happy and moved (and even Googled Yzza Slaqui … RIP young lady).
Giles Duley is a total badass. He lost both legs and one arm while serving as a combat photographer in Afghanistan. Eating crabs and lobster in his car with one arm! He is dominating!
Wow some No Reservations vibes and comfort here. Well done production and Giles
Same thoughts
Scotland, oh dear Scottish gods, praise us with your wisdom and amazement. 🙏
Munchies have outdone themselves with this episode
This is the second episode of Giles Duley’s adventure that I have had the pleasure to watch and what I love most about this documentary is that I get completely lost in watching it. I forget about the outside world and anything else going on. Thank you #Munchies and #Vice for always bringing us the most inspiring stories of regular people changing their life and the lives of those around them. #Outstanding.
This was riveting. Well done Giles. I suddenly want to visit Scotland!
Absolutely loved this episode! 🖤🖤
Hi Giles. Awesome film. Stay strong mate, love your middle eastern foods as well.
Scotland was the only place where the landscape brought me to tears. It’s absolutely breathtaking. 🏴 ❤️
Aye Wishaw certainly has its grey charm.
Been loving the Scottish content lately
I love telling people, particularly when everyone is saying things are Orwellian, that old George plagiarized it, possibly with permission. Russian author Yevgeny Zamyatin wrote the novel We and Orwell loved it. He tried to get it translated and released in the West but failed. So he just wrote his own version and released it as 1984.
Loving this series and the stories that Giles is telling — hope this is hitting with huge audience. Needs to be seen by everyone.
honestly, i could watch 10 hours of this. Giles is awesome
I just enjoyed every minute of this episode wow… It was like i was on vacation or something lol…
Thanks, this was another great episode. This seems to be a series devoted to being the polar opposite of the host’s main job. Really positive.
I was lucky enough to live on one of the small isles in the Inner Hebrides, west coast of Scotland has to be one of the most special places on earth. Just wish I still lived there!
