Curry leaves
Sambar powder – ½ teaspoon
Dry chilli – 1
Oil – 1 tbl spoon
Mustard – ¾ teaspoon
Urad dal – ½ teaspoon
Water (Approx. 2 cups)
Tamarind juice of amla size
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Salt

Brinjal – 300 grams
Oil – 2 tbl spoon
Curry leaves
Salt
Turmeric powder
Oil – ½ teaspoon
Garlic cloves – 5
Shallots – 15
Coriander seeds – 1 teaspoon
Sesame seeds – 1 teaspoon
Pepper – ½ teaspoon
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Dry chilli – 3 to 5
Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 teaspoon (optional)
