Garlic cloves – 5 to 7
Curry leaves
Tomato – 2
Chilli powder – 1 ½ teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 ½ teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Tamarind juice of small lemon size
Salt
Jaggery – ½ teaspoon
