CHOCOLATE MAKHANA

Ingredients

2 cups puffed lotus seeds (makhana).
1 tablespoon butter.
1 cup sliced dark chocolate.
2-3 tablespoons pistachio powder.

Method.

1. Heat a nonstick pan. Include the puffed lotus seeds and roast on medium heat for 5-6 minutes or till crisp. Transfer in a large plate.
2. Heat butter in a nonstick pan. Include chocolate and melt on low heat. Add the roasted makhana and mix well.
3. Include pistachio powder and blend well. Transfer in a plate and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
4. Serve.
