Gingelly oil – 2 tbl spoon
Mustard – ½ teaspoon
Fenugreek – ¼ teaspoon
Chopped shallots – 20
Green chilli – 1
Curry leaves
Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Salt
Tamarind juice of lemon size
Fish – 500 grams
Mango pieces
