Red or Green? The only correct answer is YES. I live in Northern Colorado, and I-25 is truly the Green Chile/Chili Corridor. We traveled I-25, in is entirety this spring. It’s a Chile lovers paradise, the further south you get until you hit Paradise, otherwise otherwise known as Hatch. 😅
