Great recipes, saved them all. Interesting with the freezer ginger, I always keep ginger root in the freezer and grate what I need. If I have onions and peppers when I’m prepping any meal I always dice and slice more to keep in the freezer to have on hand when I’m feeling lazy or if I’ve run out;)
Same!
That first one with the chuck roast and Ramen looks so good. I will have to go to my bank and see if I can get a 36 month loan to get a chuck roast first.

Same! I donβt even remember what beef tastes like, itβs been so long since Iβve been able to afford it.

Use a pork tenderloin. It’s cheaper but takes less time.

Thank you Nicole
These are just great!!
My son had me try cooking a meatloaf in a 9×13 pan 30 years ago. He named it βblob pieβ. He was so proud when the school lunch lady made it a part of the menu rotation.
Love your recipes! Have tried most of them and they always come out great! Thank you!

Chuck roast is crazy expensive now — over $20 for an average-size roast.
I just did a potato dish in my instant pot slow cooker function. It worked great. It worked faster than I had expected but I had it on high. Will definitely be using it again to slow cook.
π “ok Nicole, get back to business!” ππ₯π€ͺπππππππ»π¨π¦
Could we get a 5 Lazy Vegetarian dinners, please? Would love to see Nicole approved veggie meals! Thank you AllRecipes team β₯οΈ
I like this idea! I honestly can’t afford much meat anymore. When my family was young, I used to plan my wkly meals as beef, chicken, fish, pork, eggs, vegetarian, & a variety meat
All of these look great! I’m definitely going to make the meatloaf.
