  1. HiJaimie, I wonder how the stake would come in a pan over the stove, because it looks different when you cook it on the barbecue stove? Please can you give me an advice thank you, and as you cooked everything looks amazing!

    1. You can just cook it in pan and it will be just as good. Grill gives a slightly different flavor but that doesn‘t mean that one is better than the other

  2. You forgot the salt Jamie! That couscous must’ve been bland as anything.

    1. As the steak and veg are sitting on the couscous it will soak up the juices. The steak has a goodly whack of salt to boot

  9. I made this and it was a bit bland will definitely add some chillies to the veg and some ground cumin to the steak for that authentic north Africa taste
