  1. Having making Burg for years, I always go back to a simple Georges Motz onion burger

    1. Do you cut the onions on a mandolin? I’ve always wanted to try one of those onion smashies

  2. I’ve been making the Botham burger for years, I can taste it now yum….😋

  3. I love how you consistently give these great examples of how people who enjoy a good beef patty can also make it a bit more healthy and sustainable without per se having to become a vegan 👏 it doesn’t have to be one extreme or the other; if everyone ate less beef (e.g. by mixing in some veggies or legumes in their beef) the entire world would be much better off.

  4. Hi Jamie! My siblings and I have been watching you since we were like 8 years old and we absolutely love you🌷 You awakened a love for cooking in me—nothing brings me as much peace as being alone in the kitchen. Every time we watch you, it reminds us of our childhood, and your passion always makes it impossible not to smile! I don’t know how it’s possible, but it truly feels like you’re a friend of ours.

    A lot of love, Aniela🌺

  5. Instead of lentils — though I would happily use lentils— I use rice flour.
I can then add anything to my mìnced meat, be it beef, pork, lamb, chicken, or turkey: garlic, bird’s eyes, scotch bonnets, chipoltles; the world is my oyster!
This will be coupled with a salad of my own making.
I love making my own hummus to go with it!
    Mmm, mmm, mmm, MMM!

  6. not sure how old this video is .. I’ve always followed his cooking especially earlier days maybe 15 years ago.. always made things easier for the do it yourself recipes..x thanks pal
