This jag off is supposed to be a professional chef but he sprinkles flour directly into the pan drippings. Creating lumps for sure. Here’s an idea, put a double mesh strainer, drop that into your drippings. Put the flour in that and use a whisk to whisk it in properly. Or, just add a bit of water to the flour in a cup and stir it till all the flour is wet. It’s called a slurry. Mostly it’s done with corn starch but it works just as well with flour. Just adding it like he is poor form at the least and it will leave you with tiny little lumps throughout at the worst. Jaime, you are better than that. Stop it. People LEARN from you. Take that seriously or don’t teach!!
