A moist, completely sweet, and soft cake made with apples! This one is an eggless recipe which you can quickly bake in the house.

EGGLESS APPLE CAKE

Ingredients

4 medium red apples
1 medium green apple
1 cup refined flour (maida).
1 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta).
1 cup powdered sugar.
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder.
1/2 tsp baking soda.
2 tsps baking powder.
1 cup melted butter.
1 cup milk.
Coffee to serve.

Technique.

1. Pre-heat the oven at 180ºC.
2. Sift refined flour, whole wheat flour, and powdered sugar in a big bowl. Add cinnamon power, baking soda, and baking powder and whisk well.
3. Peel 3 red apples and approximately chop them. Dispose of the seeds and move the sliced apples into a mixer container. Blend to a great paste.
4. Put the blended paste into another large bowl. Include melted butter and milk and blend till well integrated.
5. Add the flour mix in 2 batches into the apple mixture and carefully blend till a smooth batter is formed.
6. Transfer the batter into a greased and lined 8 inch square cake tin and spread it uniformly.
7. Cut the staying red apple and green apple into wedges, dispose of the seeds and very finely slice each wedge.
8. Organize the red apple slices and green apple pieces additionally and put them on top of the cake until the entire top is covered with the apple slices.
9. Location the cake tin in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes.
10. Remove the cake out of the oven and permit to cool somewhat.
11. De-mould the cake, cut into squares and organize on a serving plate. Serve with coffee.
