  6. For anyone who is curious, Kung Pao chicken is named after the governor of Sichuan Province during the Qing dynasty. “Kung Pao (Gong Bao)” was his title. The dish tastes sweet, sour with a hint of spiciness, and it is called “the lychee flavor” in Sichuan.

  8. It is very hard to find Kung Pao Chicken prepared like this. Most take-out places fill it with other veggies. I am a big fan of this style! And it’s fun to watch another lefty cook! (Like Chef Ramsey)
