Asafoetida
Shallots – 15
Chopped garlic cloves – 5 to 7
Dry chilli – 2
Green chilli – 2
Curry leaves
Tomato – 1
Turmeric powder
Keerai (amaranthus) – 1 bunch
Grated coconut – 5 tbl spoon
Pepper – 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Cooked rice – 200 grams
Salt
