  7. Looks like weak coffee as base. That is how i like my tea (IF i ever dtink tea). Coffee has to be solid dark and strong. Also, use brown sugar, not regular for an Irish coffee.

  8. At first I was going to day that servings would need less coffee and more whiskey and cream, but then the shots saved the day!

  9. I love drinking coffee with jameson (both hot and iced) as much as the next person. But, I’ve always wondered, doesn’t the alcohol evaporate if it is poured in a hot liquid?
