  1. we are using about a chimney and 1/2 full of briquettes so in order to keep the grill temp at around 260-275f we closed the top vent by about 90%. All grills behave differently so adjust yours accordingly. -BBQ Pit Boys

    1. @Jason Winner Yes if needed they do. You have to go by your grill and climate affects it as well. Best to not overthink it and do it a few times. Good luck, brother!

He recently found your videos and now he has cook some of the most amazing meals. We have used charcoal for quite some time but now he is also smoking the meat as well… Amazing….. I just wanted to say thanks for inspiring others to be bettER cooks!!!

  6. Made these yesterday and I must say that they were absolutely fantastic!!!!! The meat just fell of the bones. I made two racks so there was plenty to go around and I received many compliments.

  13. I just tried this recipe for the first time. WOWWWW! I got a bit too much pepper flakes in the marinade and had a bit too much heat on the Weber charcoal, so I’ll know next time. this is by far the best Rib recipe !!
