These sandwiches are fucking amazing. The three I’d recommend is the curry one, scotch egg, and the standard katsu. He sells out fast, and also heads back to Japan regularly.
It seems kind of weird to add tartar sauce to chicken instead of fish, like if you swapped the chicken cutlet with fried fish or just have a combination of the 2 and use spicy Mayo, instead of regular… I might try to make this myself, this dude just gave me a sandwich idea.
His sauce is sweet. I don’t think that would go with fish.
