    1. It’s just to stir racial divides cause Munchies is run by genuine racists.

  3. No wrong way of eating pho but I like it just the way it is without having to put in siracha, hoisin, and chili crisp. I prefer simplicity and originality in my broth over an enhanced broth

  4. I learned from Uncle Roger not to mix in Shiracha and hoisin sauce in the broth so whenever I eat Pho, I always put it on the side and savor the broth on its own.

  5. Remember when another big food YY channel made a “right way to eat pho” video, but it was a 20 something white dude from Brooklyn? Then they doubled down and said he was an expert.

  6. I use the sauce on the side and I get noodles on the side. The starch in the noodles dilutes the broth flavor and makes it foggy.

  7. If it’s good pho, you won’t need hoisin or sriracha. For spice, add jalapeños.

  8. Definitely taste first before adding hoison sauce. The good places I don’t have to add any hoison sauce at all. I’ll add chili oil or Sriracha because I like spicy food.

  9. The right way is the way you enjoy it best. Some folks like their hotdogs plain and dip in mustard/ketchup. Me??? I dress that baby up. Mustard, relish, onions, jalapeno and whatever I’m feeling that day or have on hand.

If there WAS a wrong way to eat pho it would be to add ketchup, BBQ sauce or some nonsense like that. But hey, you do you. Just not at my table. Lol
