Grilled-to-order satay may seem like a ton of work, however it's worth it at this SF food truck.

Congratulations on your food business ππΎππΎππΎ
I would eat that pot of peanut sauce like a soup. Heaven.
I finally found my people π
What’s the different twist between Indonesian and Malay satay?
Maybe different marinade, but still meat on skewers. This is just sate ayam to me, as an Indo Dutch. But not necessary peanut sauce as sate sauce, you can also use sambel kecap as a sauce. Lontong (compressed rice cake) is a big plus, just like atjar ketimun (cucumber salad). Love this!
The chard crispy bits are what make it special
So gooooood
The satay sucks!
with malay with that kind of accent… their satay is the best in singapore no doubt β€
Hala guarantees flat taste. π
