SUDHARAS
Components
2 cups sugar
1 lemon
1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
6-8 cashew nuts, halved
10-15 saffron hairs
Puris for serving
Technique
1. Heat a pan. Add sugar, water and cook till sugar melts.
2. Squeeze lemon, include green cardamom powder and cook till it reaches 2 string consistency.
3. Turn off the heat, include cashew nuts, saffron and blend well.
4. Serve warm with puris.
