  1. Love how simple these are! Sometimes the best meals come from the easiest recipes. Been trying to master the art of not overcooking chicken myself – it’s harder than it looks! Got some interesting attempts (and failures) on my channel if anyone’s into cooking adventures 😅

  2. As a Harvard educated medical doctor (Pathologist) and reading about the social, cultural, environmental, ethical, economical, pharmaceutical, medical and compassionate tenets of veganism, I have concluded that veganism is not merely the future; it is the Only future.

    1. I’m guessing evolution is a lot smarter than you. If being vegan was better for us nature would have evolved to be so by now

    2. @@stevesmith.software Evolution is neither sentient nor trajectory. The naturalistic fallacy is the idea that what is natural is inherently good or morally right. It’s the flawed assumption that because something is found in nature, it is therefore desirable or morally justifiable.

  3. I stopped eating animal flesh during my first year of medical school when I took neuroscience; I learned about the Spinothalamic tract (Pain pathways), Nociception (Pain receptors), Amygdala (emotions – Fear), Hippocampus (Memory) and Prefrontal cortex (Personality) are all evolutionarily, anatomically, physiologically and biochemically preserved in non-human animals. Now I’m Vegan. Why aren’t you?

    2. Because I was brought up not to be sentimental about eating meat – everything dies, nature is ‘cruel’ and animals stunned before being slaughtered have an easier death than many in nature

  4. Is the Harrisa spicy hot? And your curry Jamie? I’m scared of adding chillies/pastes etc as don’t want to ruin the dish if it’s too hot. We are not a ‘hot’ family lol. I like peppery seasoning though.

  5. PS…. I do prefer pastes to sauces after taking your advice of more flavoursome.

  6. I love every recipe Jamie loved the idea of brown cob Brillient ❤️😋
