Quick Lunch Box Recipe/ Rajma Pulao/ Kidney Beans Pulao

Ingredients
Overnight soaked rajma – 150 grams
Fennel seeds – ½ teaspoon
Tomato – 2
Green chilli – 1
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Oil – 2 tbl spoon
Ghee – 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon stick
Cloves – 2
Cardamom – 1
Onion – 1
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbl spoon
Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Garam masala – ½ teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Salt
Water – 1½ cup (for 1 cup of basmati rice)
30 mins soaked basmati rice – 1 cup
