Rice flour– 1 cup
Besan (gram) flour– 1/2 cup
Asafoetida
Sesame seeds– 1 teaspoon
Chilli powder– 1 teaspoon
Salt
Hot oil– 2 teaspoon
Water– (approx. 3/4 cup).
Oil.
