This dish reveals you how to make completely golden, crispy pakodas that are light, healthy, and bursting with flavour. With simply easy active ingredients and your magical air fryer, you can have these snack-time favourites prepared in no time.

ONION PAKODA.

Active ingredients.

2 medium onions.
3/4 cup gram flour (besan).
1 tsp salt.
1 tsp crushed coriander seeds.
1 tsp red chilli powder.
1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
1 tsp cumin powder.
1/2 tsp carom seeds (ajwain).
Oil for greasing.

Technique.

1. Slice onions thinly and transfer in a bowl.
2. Add salt and mix well. Reserve for 10-15 minutes.
3. Include gram flour, crushed coriander seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and carom seeds and blend well.
4. Pre-heat the air fryer at 200 ° C for 2-3 minutes.
5. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and brush some oil.
6. Divide the onion mix into equal portions and place in air fryer basket in single layer.
7. Brush some more oil on the top and air fry for 6 minutes.
8. Flip, apply some more oil and air fry for 8 minutes.
9. Serve hot.
