  1. The ‘water’ from the chickpeas is called Aquafina. This can be made into a vegan mayo or as a thickener.

    1. Yes I did that and I’d never throw it away unless it has a tin taste. Some ppl whip it up as well instead of egg whites.

  5. All delicious things to try . I tried yesterday when I watched the tofu burger and used home made Harrisa paste, 4 parts Harrisa powder, 2 parts oil 2 parts water.. Yum yum. Love the rosemary with it and I love how you make a rosemary brush to baste in other videos .All good. If ten watch your videos 2 x and then share and when I need the recipe I. Go back again. Amazing you wear white and don’t get a drop of food etc on you. 👍Thank you perhaps one day you’ll have your old band and you drumming for music in the intro. Ppl sometimes forget back in the days of the naked chef you played the drums 👍
