Over night soaked black chana– 1 cup
Fennel seeds– 1 teaspoon
Dry chilli– 3 to 5
3 hours soaked chana dal– 2 tbl spoon (optional).
Asafoetida.
Onion– 1.
Grated garlic– 1 teaspoon.
Grated ginger– 1 teaspoon.
Green chilli– 1.
Coriander leaves.
Curry leaves.
Pinch of garam masala.
Salt.
Oil.
