actually most chinese households don’t have a bamboo steamer, alternatively you can just steam the rice in a wok

This looks so good! This would be a really good recipe for camping or even backpacking. It’s mushroom season and I have extra chanterelles that would go good in this recipe.
You would need AT LEAST 10 portions of what you made… with let’s say a family of 5 or 6.. then you said people like to take it home. Industrial size that!
