Making Classic Chinese Stir Fried Sticky Rice

Melissa King is making Chinese sticky rice, one of the most popular meals she makes for the holidays (and you probably will too after you enjoy this video).

Chinese sticky rice is so damn excellent since of sweet glutinous rice and a selection of flavorful dried ingredients like mushrooms, shrimp, and scallops. Melissa teaches the basics of rice steaming, wok cookery, and the delights of Chinese sausage.

  5. This looks so good! This would be a really good recipe for camping or even backpacking. It’s mushroom season and I have extra chanterelles that would go good in this recipe.

  6. You would need AT LEAST 10 portions of what you made… with let’s say a family of 5 or 6.. then you said people like to take it home. Industrial size that!
