  2. I make meat discs/tires to maximize sear surface area but meatballs sound better

  3. โคSwedish gal here๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ชI love Emma’s recipe! It’s now 2025 and thankfully we know BUTTER is a blessing to us! It’s “brain food” the pure stuff. Butter has never been the problem. The issue has been the seed oils๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ˜ฎso I’m not sure which oil she used but I won’t touch oil, used in high heat. That oil looked like some kind of canola ๐Ÿซคoil…. So,stick to butter for flavor and health. Butter is a gift from cows and helps our digestion, brain, and mood stabilizer. โค๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ช

  5. Try using evaporated milk instead of cream in mashed potatoes. Game changer. So much better.
