How To Make Sabudana Vada In Airfryer | Crispy Sabudana Vada | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Here's a treat that shows you don't require to deep-fry to delight in the ideal crunch!.

Delight in these tasty Air-Fried 'Sabudana Vadas' that are crispy on the outdoors, soft on the within, and filled with the comforting flavours of sago, potatoes, and roasted peanuts. They're light, wholesome, and precisely what you require for a fast snack.

SABUDANA VADA.

Active ingredients.

1/2 cup + 2 tbsps sago (sabudana), soaked for 6-8 hours.
2 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed.
1 tablespoon ginger-green chilli paste.
100 grams roasted peanuts, coarsely crushed.
3 tablespoons sliced fresh coriander leaves.
2 tsps salt.
2 tsps sugar.
1 tsp cumin seeds.
1 tbsp ghee + for greasing.
3/4 tbsp lemon juice.
Coconut chutney for serving.

Approach.

1. Take drenched sago in a bowl. Include potatoes, ginger- green chilli paste, roasted peanuts, coriander leaves, salt, sugar, cumin seeds, ghee and lemon juice and mix well.
2. Divide the mix into equivalent parts and roll into balls. Flatten each ball.
3. Preheat the air fryer at 180 ° C for 4-5 minutes.
4. Grease air fryer basket with some ghee and set up the sabudana vadas in a single layer in air fryer basket.
5. Air fry for 15 minutes.
6. Flip, brush some more ghee and air fry for 10 minutes more.
7. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
