I know it’s a silly thing but I do wish restaurants could adopt this self-sustaining, eco-friendly way of business around the world. That would be so cool.
Yeah it would be cool but very few can do it most restaurants are barely making money off the food itself they make money on alcohol. So if they had to have even more land and a grounds crew to maintain the garden they really would be in trouble or the food would need to be super overpriced.
