Wow we were not prepared for the awesome and amazing experience we had that night. Soo many elements, open fire cooking, delicious ingredients!

As a ex Bluenoser,PEI is wonderful.
In Italy such a place is called osteria. You get to eat what is available for the day, you don’t get to order from the menù like you would do in a restaurant.
Love the attitude. You dont get to see the menu or choose from the menu or choose at all, you will eat what I say you will 😀 love it. Would love to go!

Amazing food and crew. It was such a privilege to eat there and to experience a meal unlike anything we’ve ever had before!
In the year that I spent studying in PEI the food was something that always amazed by, such an wide range of cuisines from one end of the spectrum to the other while also have such a deep admiration for all the produce that is produced on the island. Hopefully one day I’ll go back and experience it again.

In 1991 I had to go to Havana Cuba to work. The wall had just come down and Russia was not supporting Cuba at all. I was taken to the best restaurant in Havana for supper. There was no menu because they never knew what supplies they were going to get. So you got what was available that day and that’s it. One of the best meals I ever had. This kind of reminds me of that. I live in New Brunswick and I can’t wait to get there to try this thanks for the heads up. And I saw one of the other comments saying I bet it’s expensive. Probably is but I’ll bet it’s a lot better than a $40 cheeseburger in Vegas. Just a thought
