Tomato Rasam

Ingredients
Boil water
Tomato – 4
Dry chilli – 1
Green chilli – 1
Pepper – 1 ½ teaspoon
Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves
Oil – 1 tbl spoon
Mustard – ½ teaspoon
Urad dal – ½ teaspoon
Fenugreek – ¼ teaspoon
Asafoetida
Crushed garlic – 5
Tamarind juice of amla size
Salt
Turmeric powder
Water – 300 ml
Jaggery – ¼ teaspoon
Coriander leaves

Paruppu Rasam

Ingredients
Pepper – 1½ tbl spoon
Cumin seeds – 1 tbl spoon
Garlic cloves – 5
Tomato – 2
Curry leaves
Mustard – ½ teaspoon
Urad dal – ½ teaspoon
Asafoetida
Dry chilli – 1
Oil – 1 tbl spoon
Cooked & mashed toor dal (50 grams) with turmeric powder
Tamarind juice of amla size
Coriander leaves
Salt
