Loved it , regarding (Tahini) the verb is as u said (TAHAN) , and the description of it is (tahina) 🙂 another information , we use tahina also to calm the tunge after eating (pineapples) , though in cooking an arabic DESSERT CALLED(Basbosa) it gives it a tasty flavor and opens appetite to eat 🙂
