PALAK PANEER TOAST (Serves 2).

Ingredients.

1 1/2 cups shredded spinach (palak).
100 grams home cheese (paneer), cut into 1 cm cubes.
2 white bread pieces.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
2 tablespoons chopped garlic.
1 tsp red chilli flakes.
Salt to taste.
2 tablespoons butter.
1 tablespoon sliced fresh parsley.
Grated mixed cheese to spray.
Tomato ketchup for serving.

Approach.

1. Heat olive oil in a little nonstick pan. Include 1 tbsp garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
2. Include 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes and blend well.
3. Include spinach, salt and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add home cheese cubes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
5. Preheat the oven at 180 ° C.
6. Take butter in a bowl. Include staying garlic, staying red chilli flakes and parsley and mix well.
7. Place 2 bread slices on oven tray and spread out the butter- garlic mixture evenly.
8. Toast in preheated oven for 4-5 minutes.
9. Take the tray out of oven and spread the home cheese- spinach mixture evenly on the bread slices.
10. Spray combined cheese and bake in preheated oven for 4-5 minutes or till cheese melts.
11. Cut into triangles and serve hot with tomato catsup.
