    1. He takes care of himself. Please don’t forget he wears make up for the video …..and the right lighting. I met him twice in my professional life.He is a very nice guy and speaks French fluently. I did not know that until we started talking and he kept our conversation going in French.

  1. Mmmm looks delish! My nonna is very traditional with her gnocchi, but I personally love this variation of the dish. You also, made it look so easy (doing the main part of the potato, eggs & flour), much less complicated then when I’ve made gnocchi loll 😅

  2. Hi! I am also chef. I love to watch your videos. I always learn new things from your videos

  3. It took me about 30 tries to make edible and flavorful gnocchi. Between that and making my own tortellini I was quite proud of myself.

    1. as a professional chef you should be proud of yourself. I’m amazed that you tried so many times. Many people would have given up. you should try to make your gnocchi with sweet potatoes. It’s a nice variation

  7. Rolled nice and tight a la Snoop Dogg 😂. Gordon needs to have him on one show. Snoop brings his own herbs and spices.

  8. I make kopytka/polish niocci, using boiled, regular potatoes. I let them rest for a day, than mash. In a bowl i divide them in 4 pieces. Remove one and evenly distribute on top of other 3. I put flour in empty place, 1/4 of total mass, one egg, salt and mix it. I just cut pieces, no need for a fancy rolling. Then I boil them for a few minutes. My trick, very useful learned from Ukrainians, add a bit of starch flour mixed with cold water to boiling water. It helps to cook kopytka nicely not folling a part. Every time you get different ingredients, once better next time worst. Hart to tell and starched water helps for a genle cooking.

  9. Im glad i found this guys channel! I wish him the best of luck in his cooking journey (:
