Great egg dishes, Jamie. I have one problem with the poached eggs. Cling wrap 😝. It’s plastic!!! Use once, throw it away and it becomes landfill. It gets into our waterways, eaten by marine life, that mistake for jellyfish and die. Let’s become more ecofriendly. Use the water method to poach eggs 🍳
