  1. Sir, over the last decade you’ve been an inspiration and this is as good as your first

    1. elbob17 99% of his videos he tells you to use whatever you like in terms of spices. Not specifically to just buy and use his. Now if people wants to buy and use his. He deserves it.

    2. So funny! I was coming here to say basically this! Up until the pandemic, I’d been researching BBQ. This channel kept coming up. In 2021 I bought an offset stick burner. While I am far from a master, the journey has been so much easier with this channel. Malcolm, I don’t know if you read these, but if you do my life is literally better because of these videos. I’ve cooked some incredible meals using your channel, and I’ve had so many great times with friends and family while eating these unbelievably delicious and straightforward recipes. People can’t believe I’ve only just started. “Let’s get to cookin!” Dude, you are the best. Much love from Upstate NY!

  2. Thanks for teaching me the art of BBQ, Malcom. Definitely gonna try this.

    1. The world is about to end, Read Revelation in the Holy Bible all the prophecies are being fulfilled this is the apocalypse Jesus is coming repent and become born again Christian…. believe Jesus died and rose again to pay for your sins and ask Jesus to be your personal Lord and Savior and fill you with his Holy Spirit and power get baptized in Jesus name for the remission of sins…. Jesus is the only way to Heaven and to escape from going to Hell 🔥 share …..

    2. @YossephTeeth You’re the worst type of Christian. You disappoint Jesus!

  3. @3:06 – “They’ve been wrapped up, smothered in butter – how would you look?” 😂 Malcom, I think I would look just as delicious as that chicken! I’m trying this recipe on Saturday my BBQ brother! Thanks again for another amazingly simple and tasty recipe and a perfectly shot video. Now let’s get to cookin!!!

  8. I sometimes listen Malcom at night (without watching) because he relaxes me enough to fall asleep. Not to mention that I do what he says. 😅

  9. Made this last night, and like everything else I’ve made from this channel it was fantastic. First cook on my new Oklahoma Joe Highland smoker, was juicy and packed full of flavor. Malcolm my good sir you are the man, keep ’em coming!

    1. 😂😂😂😂
      Best comment winner!!
But there are two neighbors and a hose across the street 😂

  11. Hundreds of thousands of people have learned to barbecue thanks to this man. I’m no exception. I’m an apartment/gas grill cook since my building wont allow charcoal/smoke, but I haven’t let that stop me from enjoying good barbecue. It’s not the same, I know, but I’ve taken the leap, like so many others. Can’t wait to move into a house with a yard so I can take my game to the next level with a Weber kettle or better.

Some people gatekeep barbecue, but not Malcom, and that’s why I find myself coming back.

    1. Yep I’m in a apartment myself on 2nd floor. Hey I going to grill but I got my 1st smoker like 3 months ago. I keep it covered I haven’t had them say nothing yet. I know my neighbors think I’m crazy out side till midnight splitting wood then sawing them to fit my small firebox. I’m learning and tell you what I’m having a blast doing it. I’m a Pyro by nature so smoking food is right up my alley. Thanks for another great video and recipe. Thx from Charleston SC

    2. I know this is an old comment, but I have an electric smoker on my balcony. No fire, and makes good smoked foods!

    3. Yes Sir, I almost gave up because living in MN felt like we only had a couple months and my food didn’t taste that great. NOW… WOW

  12. I’m 58 years old and have been grilling and smoking for a very long time. I will never do chicken in other way. This is outstanding.
