    Just a side note: I’m from the US, I raise my own sheep, and the lamb and mutton is very good tasting… excellent. It is my favorite meat. I had some supermarket lamb not too long ago, and it tasted awful. If my only experience was that supermarket cut, I wouldn’t eat lamb either.

  12. I would wager most Americans don’t know if they like lamb or not because they never tried lamb. It’s not widely available, quite pricy and what you do find is almost all from NZ. Thanks and cheers

  13. From the USA, and I’ve tried lamb several different times and don’t like it. Funny thing is I really like venison. To me lamb leaves a weird greasy aftertaste that I don’t care for…..the flavor isn’t bad, it’s just that aftertaste I don’t like. Cheers, garlic looks good, lamb looks good too.
